Therapy at the Club (stylised in all caps) is the second studio album by English girl group Flo. It was released on 7 August 2026 through EMI.^[2] Initially, the album was expected to be released on 24 July 2026, but Flo delayed the album for two weeks to extend their album's promotion and to accommodate member Jorja Douglas' vocal cord surgery. To make up for the delay, the group released their third official single "Remedied" on the initial release date.
