Neaera are the kings of the German melodic death metal scene. All Is Dust is the second post-hiatus album and (alongside its predecessor) might be their best since Armamentarium. As usual, Benny's throat-dilacerating performance is towering, the riffs hit like a natural force, and the drums sound capable of bludgeoning you to a bloody pulp in the back alley. And some of the menacing melodies are among the best they've ever written, invoking an unparalleled, unmistakable atmosphere.
